Dr. Baker is a native of Lagrange, GA. He is a graduate of Medical College of Georgia. His Work Experience include, Private Dental Practice, United States Army Dental Corp. Medical Staff member of West Ga. Medical Center, Kids Zone Dentistry, American Dental of LaGrange, Cook Dental Care and Henry L. Cook Sr. 

He is a member of the Georgia Dental Society, Georgia Dental Association, Nation Dental Association, Dr. David Han Implant Institute, American Orthodontic Society, Scalar Center Advanced Implant Dentistry Learning and American Dental Implant Associate. He is also a Civic member of Board of Trustee LaGrange College, Board of Directors Community Bank and Trust, Board member Greater Achievement, NAACP member, Member of Warren Temple United Methodist Church, and Life Member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity. 

Dr. Baker Jr. is married Ann J. Baker of LaGrange, and they have three children, Dr. Lethenia Joy Baker, Mrs. Tracy Simpson and Mr. Demetrice Shipman.
